I just finished reading Dogs of Babel. For those of you who've read it, what did you like about it?

Lane didn't like it as much as I did. He didn't really think the main character was believable as a male. I can see his point... you can tell a woman wrote the book. I read it over a year ago so the only thing I remember really liking about it was that it was a page turner. I think I literally read that entire book on a Sunday while Lane was working. I just thought it was a quick entertaining read. No Pulitzer in order or anything, but I did really like it.
